Banjir Pondok Labu, Komnas HAM Panggil Foke
VIVAnews - Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia (Komnas HAM) akan memanggil Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Fauzi Bowo, untuk mendiskusikan masalah banjir yang kerap melanda pemukiman warga Pondok Labu, Jakarta Selatan.
"Meminta klarifikasi bagaimana Pemprov DKI menangani kasus banjir di Pondok Labu," kata Komisioner Komnas HAM, Syafrudin, Jumat, 2 Desember 2011.
Saat ditanya apakah Gubernur Fauzi Bowo yang akan datang untuk menyampaikan penjelasan terkait permasalahan yang dialami warga. Syafrudin tidak bisa memastikan. Tapi pertemuan akan dilakukan sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB.

Selain akan mengklarifikasi, Komnas HAM akan mendesak Pemprov DKI segera mencari solusi, dan dukungan untuk mengatasi masalah warga dan termasuk biayanya.
"Proses bisa saja melakukan musyawarah dengan warga. Saat ini sedang dibuat skema untuk melakukan pertemuan antara DKI, Marinir, dan warga," katanya lagi.
Ditambahkan Syafrudin, dalam waktu dekat ini akan segara dicari solusi untuk kepentingan semua pihak. Komnas HAM sebelumnya sudah menemui warga, Marinir, dan melakukan pemantauan di lapangan.
"Akan dilihat dari berbagai sisi, karena setiap pihak punya pendapat dan pandangan. Marinir sudah memiliki pandangan yang sama dengan warga," katanya.
