Beli Saham Garuda, Nazaruddin Jadi Tersangka
VIVAnews - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) kembali menetapkan mantan Bendahara Umum Partai Demokrat, Muhammad Nazaruddin, sebagai tersangka. Kali ini dalam kasus dugaan pencucian uang terkait pembelian saham PT Garuda Indonesia.
"Berdasarkan alat bukti yang ada, KPK telah menaikkan status menjadi penyidikan. Kita duga ada penggunaan dana kasus Wisma Atlet PT DGI, dengan tersangka MN, anggota DPR. Ditetapkan sejak pekan lalu," kata Juru Bicara KPK Johan Budi SP.
Kasus ini naik ke penyidikan ditandai dengan pemeriksaan empat saksi, Senin 13 Februari 2012. Mereka adalah Yulianis dan Oktarina Furi, keduanya adalah mantan staf Nazaruddin di Permai Grup. Selain itu Direktur Keuangan PT Duta Graha Indah Laurensius Khasanto dan Dirut Mandiri Securitas, Harry Maryanto Supoyo.
"Mereka saksi dalam kasus tindak pidana korupsi pemberian hadiah dan tindak pidana pencucian uang saham Garuda," kata Kabag Pemberitaan dan informasi KPK, Priharsa Nugraha di kantor KPK.
Pembelian saham Garuda oleh Nazarudin sebelumnya terungkap dalam persidangan terdakwa Nazaruddin. Saksi Yulianis menyebut PT Permai Grup, membeli saham perdana Garuda Indonesia senilai total Rp 300,8 miliar. Pembelian saham tersebut menggunakan keuntungan yang diperoleh Grup Permai proyek-proyek di pemerintah.
Menurut Yulianis, pada 2010, Permai Grup memperoleh keuntungan sekitar Rp 200 miliar dari proyek senilai Rp 600 miliar. Uang itu dibelikan saham Garuda oleh lima anak perusahaan Permai Grup. (umi)
Cuaca Buruk, Garuda Gagal Mendarat di Bali
VIVAnews – Pesawat Garuda Indonesia dengan nomor penerbangan GA 406 jurusan Jakarta-Denpasar gagal mendarat di Bandara Ngurah Rai, Bali, Sabtu 21 Januari 2012. Akibatnya, pesawat yang di dalamnya terdapat artis Marcella Zalianty itu dialihkan ke Surabaya.
Pesawat yang sedianya mendarat sekitar pukul 14.00 WITA itu dialihkan, karena cuaca buruk. Hal itu dibenarkan Humas Angkasa Pura I Bandara Ngurah Rai, Bali, Sherly Yunita.
Menurut dia, keputusan pesawat untuk dialihkan ke Surabaya karena faktor cuaca yang tak memungkinkan bagi pesawat untuk mendarat.
“Ya benar, karena karena faktor cuaca. Akhirnya pesawat itu divert ke Surabaya,” kata Sherly. Keputusan untuk mengalihkan pendaratan ke Surabaya dilakukan sesaat sebelum pesawat mendarat di Bandara Ngurah Rai.
“Jadi, pesawat divert ke Surabaya sebelum landing. Bukan sesaat setelah landing lantas take off lagi,” ujar dia.
Marcella Zalianty sendiri sedianya akan menggelar jumpa pers bersama panitia Festival Film Dokumenter Bali 2012. Namun, lantaran peristiwa itu, panitia memutuskan untuk melanjutkan acara tanpa kehadiran peraih pemeran perempuan terbaik FFI tahun 2005 itu. (art)
