Polda: Pimpro Galian Sudirman Jadi Tersangka
VIVAnews - Kepolisian Daerah Metro Jaya menetapkan pimpinan proyek gorong-gorong di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman sebagai tersangka dalam kasus jatuhnya korban akibat kelalaian pelaksanaan proyek tersebut.
Kepala Subdirektorat Penegakan Hukum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Ajun Komisaris Besar Sudarmanto, mengatakan pimpinan proyek dari PT Idee Murni Pratama dianggap lalai sehingga menyebabkan orang lain terluka. "Sudah jadi tersangka pimpro-nya," kata Sudarmanto kepada wartawan di Jakarta.
Dijelaskan Sudarmanto, pihaknya sudah melakukan pemeriksaan dan rencananya pekan ini yang bersangkutan kembali diperiksa. Hasil keterangannya dimasukkan ke dalam berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP) sebagai tersangka.
Pimpro tersebut, kata Sudarmanto dijerat dengan pasal 274 Undang-undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan nomor 22 tahun
2009 yang menyebutkan setiap penyelenggara jalan karena kelalaiannya mengakibatkan pengendara mengalami kecelakaan. Dan dikenakan sanksi dan denda.
"Kelalaian yang dilakukan pimpinan itu yakni tidak adanya peringatan adanya proyek seperti lampu pada malam hari, jalan harus ditutup jika tidak digali, dan tidak boleh mengerjakan proyek saat siang hari," ujar dia.
Pada kenyataannya, kata Sudarmanto, pelaksana tidak melakukan penutupan sehingga membahayakan pengguna jalan.
Akibat kelalaian itu, seorang pengendara motor bernama Prasetyo Tri Harijanto, 58, menjadi korban dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas pada 24 Oktober 2011 lalu.
Prasetyo terjatuh setelah tertimpa papan pembatas proyek gorong-gorong. Ia juga terseret oleh sebuah bus kopaja.
Peristiwa bermula saat Prasetyo melintas di depan Gedung Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tiba-tiba papan pembatas proyek berukuran 1,5 m x 2 meter roboh. Saat Prasetyo terjatuh, ternyata bus kopaja yang melintas di dekatnya menyeret papan beserta motor dan tubuh Prasetyo hingga sejauh tiga meter.
Sepeda motor Honda CB bernomor polisi AG 6845 milik Prasetyo rusak. Tempurung lutut Prasetyo bergeser dari posisi awal sehingga membuatnya tidak bisa berjalan selama seminggu. Ia juga mengalami lecet di beberapa bagian tubuh.

VIVAnews - Kemacetan parah terjadi di beberapa ruas jalan menuju Jalan Sudirman, Senin 5 Desember 2011 pagi ini. Seperti dikutip dari Traffic Management Center Polda Metro Jaya, kemacetan disebabkan adanya proyek gorong-gorong di sepanjang Jalan Bendungan Hilir, Jakarta Selatan.

Menurut salah seorang pengendara asal Cibubur, Wati, kemacetan akibat galian ini sudah sampai pintu gerbang Tol Jagorawi. "Biasanya selepas Kuningan arus lalulintas lancar, tapi pagi ini di Tol Dalam Kota dari arah Cawang menuju Pluit, kendaraan tak bergerak hingga Semanggi ," kata Wati.
Kata dia, biasanya pada hari Senin, dari Cibubur menuju Jakarta memakan waktu dua jam. Tapi hari ini, sudah tiga jam perjalanan, namun dia belum sampai di tujuan. "Saya jadi terlambat sampai di kantor," ucapnya.
Tidak hanya itu, kemacetan juga membuat ratusan motor parkir di kolong Semanggi. Petugas menyarankan, bagi pengendara yang ingin mengarah ke Sudirman, disarankan lewat Jalan Hang tuah-Asia Afrika.
Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta kembali melanjutkan pengerjaan rehabilitasi saluran air di sepanjang Jalan Jenderal Sudirman setelah sempat terhenti 11 hari selama SEA Games XXVI.
Pengerjaan gorong-gorong di Jalan Sudirman di sisi Barat telah rampung sepanjang satu kilometer, sementara sebelah Timur baru sepanjang 600 meter.
Kali ini Dinas Pekerjaan Umum melanjutkan pembuatan gorong-gorong di sisi Utara Semanggi atau dari Semanggi-Kali Krukut dan Semanggi-Bendungan Hilir (Benhil). (adi)
