Polda: Pimpro Galian Sudirman Jadi Tersangka
VIVAnews - Kepolisian Daerah Metro Jaya menetapkan pimpinan proyek gorong-gorong di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman sebagai tersangka dalam kasus jatuhnya korban akibat kelalaian pelaksanaan proyek tersebut.
Kepala Subdirektorat Penegakan Hukum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Ajun Komisaris Besar Sudarmanto, mengatakan pimpinan proyek dari PT Idee Murni Pratama dianggap lalai sehingga menyebabkan orang lain terluka. "Sudah jadi tersangka pimpro-nya," kata Sudarmanto kepada wartawan di Jakarta.
Dijelaskan Sudarmanto, pihaknya sudah melakukan pemeriksaan dan rencananya pekan ini yang bersangkutan kembali diperiksa. Hasil keterangannya dimasukkan ke dalam berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP) sebagai tersangka.
Pimpro tersebut, kata Sudarmanto dijerat dengan pasal 274 Undang-undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan nomor 22 tahun
2009 yang menyebutkan setiap penyelenggara jalan karena kelalaiannya mengakibatkan pengendara mengalami kecelakaan. Dan dikenakan sanksi dan denda.
"Kelalaian yang dilakukan pimpinan itu yakni tidak adanya peringatan adanya proyek seperti lampu pada malam hari, jalan harus ditutup jika tidak digali, dan tidak boleh mengerjakan proyek saat siang hari," ujar dia.
