Tarif Kopaja AC Diputuskan Rp5.000
VIVAnews - Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta dan Organisasi Pengusaha Nasional Angkutan Bermotor di Jalan (Organda) telah menyepakati tarif Kopaja AC S-13 jurusan Ragunan-Grogol.
Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan oleh Biro Perekonomian DKI bersama dengan Organda, tarif yang akan diberlakukan adalah sekitar Rp5.184.
Menurut Kepala Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Udar Pristono,
hasil kesepakatan itu akan dibawa ke Gubernur untuk mendapat persetujuan. Tarif ini akan berlaku setelah ada SK dari Gubernur DKI Jakarta.
"Kira-kira 1-2 minggu lagi SK-nya keluar. Tapi yang memutuskan tetap Organda," kata Pristono saat dihubungi VIVAnews.com, Jumat 23 September 2011.
Dia mengatakan, yang menjadi pertimbangan antara lain biaya suku cadang, pemakaian bahan bakar, dan jarak tempuh. Sebenarnya, kata Pristono, pihak Kopaja mengusulkan kenaikan sebesar Rp 6000. Namun Dishub tidak setuju.
Sebab, kilometer tempuh yang disampaikan manajemen Kopaja ternyata lebih panjang dibanding hasil uji lapangan. Meski demikian, manajemen Kopaja tidak mempermasalahkan hasil kesepakatan tarif itu.
Pristono mengungkapkan, persetujuan angka itu sudah melewati proses panjang, serta pembahasan yang berulang-ulang.
Sementara itu, selama tarif tersebut belum disetujui, Organda meminta penumpang menolak jika kondektur meminta bayaran Rp5.000.
"Kalau ada yang minta Rp5.000 jangan bayar, belum ada keputusannya kok," kata Ketua Organda DKI Jakarta, Sudirman.
Sudirman mengatakan, selama tarif itu belum disetujui Gubernur, penumpang tetap membayar ongkos seperti biasa yaitu Rp2.000. Jika kondektur tetap meminta, penumpang berhak mempertanyakan.
Selama hasil pembahasan tersebut masih ditelaah oleh Biro Perekonomian DKI Jakarta, Sudirman menjamin Kopaja AC akan tetap beroperasi. Jika pun ada sebagian yang tidak berjalan, menurutnya itu hanya karena service rutin.
"Kita tetap konsekuen, selama menunggu keluarnya keputusan dari gubernur kita akan tetap jalan. Tapi kalau pun ada yang satu dua yang tidak beroperasi itu cuma karena sedang melakukan service rutin," kata dia.
Setelah nantinya gubernur setuju, maka pemberlakuan tarif itu langsung diberlakukan. Dengan tarif Rp 5 ribu itu nanti, Organda dan pengelola berjanji akan mengembangkan pola transportasi tersebut.
"Tentu begitu mendapat persetujuan dari gubernur, kita akan segera kembangkan pola transportasi tersebut. Dan begitu tarif disahkan langsung kita tetapkan, dan diberlakukan," tandasnya. (umi)
