"Kami mewakili orang tua pelaku, akan mengajukan penangguhan penahanan, semoga pihak kepolisian bisa mengabulkan permohonan kami," kata ayah tersangka KD, I Ketut Arta Gunawan di Kantor Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) Bali, Senin 13 Februari 2012.
Alasan keluarga, lantaran kasihan dan trauma dengan apa yang dijalani anak-anak mereka selama di sel.
"Kasihan anak-anak kalau harus berada di sel, ya harapan kami supaya bisa sekolah dahulu apakah nanti ikut kejar paket atau program apa yang penting bisa bersekolah tidak masuk geng-gengan lagi," harapnya.
Selama ini, mereka juga telah membantu orang tua dan bisa dikatakan sebagai tulang punggung karena ikut membantu mencari nafkah seperti berjualan di warung dan pasar.
Pihak keluarga juga menjamin bahwa anak-anak mereka akan mendapat pengawasan lebih ketat lagi dan mematuhi semua ketentuan dan proses hukum yang tengah dijalani.
Dengan bisa kembali berkumpul bersama keluarga, kata Arta Gunawan, akan memudahkan pengawasan dan hal itu jauh lebih positif bagi perkembangan psikologisnya.
Dukungan terhadap langkah orang tua itu disampaikan Ketua LPA Bali I Nyoman Masni, jangan sampai proses hukum itu mengabaikan hak-hak sebagai anak.
"Itu merupakan hak anak untuk mendapat kekebasannya, sepanjang mereka mampu mengawasi anaknya untuk mentaati apa yang diputuskan saya kira mereka berhak mendapat penangguhan penahanan, kami mendukung hal itu" kata Masni.

Setelah memarkir sepeda motornya di depan meja pimpinan dewan, Arsyad pergi begitu saja. Melihat kejadian itu, sejumlah anggota Satpol PP mengeluarkan sepeda motor itu dari dalam ruang sidang. Walau sempat terjadi sedikit keributan karena insiden, sidang anggaran tetap digelar.
Apa yang membuat Arysad nekad? Dia rupanya kesal dengan kinerja Sekretaris Dewan dan monopoli sejumlah anggota DPRD terhadap fasilitas yang disediakan. Sejak diangkat menjadi anggota DPRD Kaimana, Arsyad mengaku tidak pernah merasakan manfaat mobil dinas DPRD.
"Mobil dinas yang diberikan negara seharusnya untuk kepentingan dinas, bukan untuk pribadi. Yang lain boleh seenaknya menggunakan fasilitas negara. Sementara kami yang juga notabene anggota dewan tidak? Di mana rasa keadilan itu?" ujar Arsyad dengan nada kesal saat dihubungi, Kamis 2 Februari 2012.
Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kaimana, Leonard Pattinama, SE yang dikonfirmasi secara terpisah mengungkapkan penyesalannya terhadap insiden itu.
"Kejadian ini wajar, sebagai akumulasi kekecewaan para wakil rakyat, karena tidak pernah menggunakan fasilitas mobil dinas yang diberikan negara. Ada yang melakukan monopoli, sehingga banyak di antara wakil rakyat ke kantor harus menggunakan ojek," kesal Leonard.
Terkait dengan insiden itu, Leonard pun mengusulkan agar pemerintah daerah menertibkan kendaraan dinas yang digunakan pejabat lain di daerah ini. Menurut dia, semestinya kendaraan dinas dipergunakan untuk menunjang pekerjaan kedinasan.
"Bukan dipergunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi. Kami minta kepada pemerintah untuk segera menertibkan hal ini," tegasnya. Leonard juga menyebutkan, ada pejabat yang hanya kepada bidang di lingkup Pemkab Kaimana, memiliki dua mobil dinas. Sementara dewan, selama ini tidak diberikan fasilitas yang memadai.
Padahal, lanjut dia, setiap tahun anggaran, pengadaan mobil terus dilakukan oleh masing-masing. Dewan ingin ada pemerataan dan keadilan dalam hal ini.
"Sebagai pimpinan dewan, persoalan ini akan disampaikan kepada Ketua DPRD dan Sekretaris Dewan, untuk lebih memperhatikan hal ini. Sehingga ke depannya, insiden seperti ini, jangan sampai terulang kembali," ujar Leonard. (umi)
