Adik Pelaku Bom Cirebon Divonis 9 Tahun
VIVAnews - Terdakwa Ahmad Basuki atau Uki divonis 9 tahun penjara. Vonis yang diterima adik pelaku bom bunuh diri, M Syarif itu lebih ringan satu tahun dari tuntutan Jaksa 10 tahun penjara.
Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang menilai, Uki terbukti membantu aksi terorisme yang melibatkan kakaknya M Syarif di Masjid Adzikro, Mako Polresta Cirebon beberapa waktu lalu.
Terbukti di persidangan, Uki dan M Syarif berbelanja bahan-bahan bom. Keduanya belajar membuat atau merakit bom, dan akhirnya M Syarif melancarkan aksi bom bunuh diri. Atas vonis yang diterimanya, Ahmad Basuki mengatakan pikir-pikir.
Sementara saat VIVAnews meminta tanggapan atas vonis yang diterimanya, Uki hanya menyebutkan bahwa tidak ada hukum kecuali hukum Tuhan. "Ila hukmu ila lillah," kata Basuki berteriak.
Terdakwa lainnya Arief Budiman dan Mardiansyah mendapatkan vonis 7 tahun penjara. Vonis tersebut lebih ringan dari tuntutan jaksa 10 tahun penjara. Arief dan Mardiansyah terbukti ikut dalam aksi terorisme di Cirebon.
Sebelumnya, dua terdakwa terorisme kasus bom bunuh diri di Masjid Alzikro Mapolresta Cirebon dan 8 terdakwa terorisme bom Sukoharja dijatuhi vonis di PN Tangerang. Vonis yang mereka terima bervariasi antara 5 sampai 8 tahun penjara.
Para terdakwa bom Cirebon dan Sukoharjo itu sesuai dakwaan, bahwa mereka melanggar pasal 15 junto 9 UU No 15 tahun 2003 tentang tindak pidana Terorisme. (umi)
