Randy and Dian Charged 5 months in jail
VIVAnews -Central Jakarta District Court demanding the defendants case iPad sales illegal, Randy Lester Samu and Dian Yudha of the country, with 5 months prison sentence to confinement.
"Decide each defendant and defendants 2 ditutut 5 month jail dikurang while in custody," said Prosecutor Endang Ernawati SH, Tuesday, August 16, 2011.
The Prosecutor both defendants according to the indictment Primer article 8 paragraph 1 J of article 62 paragraph 1 Jo UU RI No. 8/1999 on the protection of consumers and the Indictment Subsider Article 32 paragraph 1 of article 52 of the ACT of Jo RI No. 36/1999 of telecommunications.
After the reading of this ruling, the power law of Randy and Dian expressed dismay over the demands of the Prosecutor. The demands of the guilty is regarded as the legal abuses against positive in Indonesia.
"Because the article itself still require laws more technical again," said the power of the law of the defendant, Virza Roy Hizzal.
