VIVAnews -early next year, the Government of the province of DKI Jakarta will establish the statue Warrior Mohammad Husni Thamrin. The bronze statue was wrapped in was erected Medan Merdeka Selatan Street.
The Head Office of Landscaping and Funeral Jakarta Chatarine Suryowati said the sculpture's plan had been conceived since MH Thamrin nine years ago.

"Why did we choose MH Thamrin because in addition to he a national hero, he is also the hero from Jakarta. So we hope that with the existence of this statue Jakarta residents to get to know closer, "he added.
Currently, the statue is in the stage of completion by the artist from Bandung as the winner of the contest.

The concept of sculpture MH Thamrin should not be confused with the statue of General Sudirman. And the most distinguished was at the height of the statue.
